- Professional cleaning — ultrasonic and steam cleaning to bring back full sparkle.
- Full inspection — every prong, setting, and clasp checked for wear, so small issues are caught before they become big ones.
- Prong and stone tightening — done as part of every inspection.
- Rhodium replating — for white gold pieces, to restore that bright white finish.
- Polishing and refinishing — to erase the scuffs of everyday life.

- Resizing beyond your first 90 days (free within 90 days).
- Repairs from accidental damage, a lost side stone, or general wear and tear — always quoted and approved before we begin.

How often should I come in?
We recommend a professional clean and inspection once a year — think of it as a check-up for your jewelry. Pieces worn daily, like engagement rings, benefit most.
How it works
- Bring your piece to any showroom, or email/call us for an insured, prepaid shipping label.
- Our workshop cleans, inspects, and services it — and flags anything that needs attention.
Simple everyday care
Between visits: take jewelry off before swimming, showering, exercising, or applying lotion and perfume; store pieces separately so harder stones don't scratch softer metals; and give it a gentle clean at home with warm water and a soft brush.
Your jewelry should look as good in twenty years as it did on day one. We're here to make sure it does.
