Good to know
- Fingers change with heat, cold, travel, and time — so we recommend wearing your ring for a week or two before deciding on a resize.
- Some designs — full eternity bands, certain tension settings, and rings set with stones all the way around — can only be resized within a limited range, or may need to be remade. We'll always tell you honestly what's possible for your specific piece before we begin.
- Need a resize after 90 days? No problem — we handle those at cost for the lifetime of the piece under our Complimentary Care Plan.
How to request a resize
- Email info@nycdiamonddistrict.com or call (800) 500-GEMS with your order number and current ring size (or ask us how to measure it).
- We send you an insured, prepaid label — or you book a showroom visit.
