Step 1 — Share your vision (free, no obligation)
Tell us what you're dreaming of: a shape, a setting, a photo you saved, a family stone you'd like to reset, or simply a budget and a “help.” There's no such thing as too vague — that's our job. Start online or speak with a diamond expert.
Step 2 — Design consultation
One of our designers works with you one-on-one to shape the idea — center stone, setting style, metal, side stones, engraving. We'll talk honestly about what looks best and where your budget does, and doesn't, need to stretch.
Step 3 — Choose your diamond
We hand-select certified diamonds — natural or lab grown — that suit your design and your budget, and walk you through each one so you understand exactly what you're paying for. No jargon, no upsell.
Step 4 — See it before it's made
You'll review a detailed rendering (and, for many designs, a 3D preview) of your ring before a single tool touches metal. Nothing is finalized until you love it.
Step 5 — Handcrafted in New York
Once you approve, your ring is brought to life by our master jewelers in the heart of NYC's Diamond District, using 100% recycled 18k gold. Most custom pieces are ready in 2–4 weeks.
